Our brand new feature documentary BERTHA LUTZ - WOMEN AND THE UN CHARTER premieredon March 9TH at 8 pm on HBO and HBO GO exclusive. A co-production between our company Producing Partners and HBO, the documentary reveals the surprising role of Brazilian Bertha Lutz in ensuring that gender issues were addressed in establishing the foundations of the United Nations (UN), in one of the significant milestones in the struggle for women's equality world. The film follows Algerian Fatima Sator and Norwegian Elise Luhr Dietrichson. They were studying at the University of London when they came into contact with a series of original letters written by Bertha Lutz. She was the Brazilian representative at the Conference that laid the foundation for the UN's formation in 1945.
